JJ began his vision of operating Africa Biomes in 2009 and has since been providing travelers with memorable, once in a lifetime experiences in East and Southern Africa. JJ is an experienced and well-recognized tour leader/guide, with over twelve years of overlanding experience. “I have been guiding travelers throughout East and Southern Africa since 2003 for major overland companies. Promoting and preserving our cultures is very important to me. I believe in sharing my passion for wildlife and the environment, and consider all of us responsible for the sustainability of our ecosystems; as such, I regard responsible tourism as one of my highest priorities.”
